We LOVE Cotton Candy

Image
We went to Lagoon at the beginning of the month with Mary and her family. Oliver rode his first ride by himself. It is funny because he doesn't look like he is having a good time, he mostly looks concerned, but when we pick him up after the ride is over he gets mad and wants to stay on. Of course by the end of the day we had our melts downs. The one in the bee ride was because she wanted to ride the pink elephant but somebody go there before her. Annabelle got to ride the new roller coaster Bombarda with her daddy. I thought she might be a little worried but she always does well when her daddy is close by and helps her. She said it was really fast. Oliver rode the same ride (no crying) with his cousin Sara. And of course we had cotton candy which my little monsters ended up wearing as much as eating. We had loads of fun and even went back a few days later.

Playing around.

Just playing around with the blog trying to figure out hoe things work. I eeny meeny family picture will probably change again and again. the funny hting is no one is reading this blog because I still don't know what my address is!

I'm not even sure how this thing works

Boy, blogging sure is fun when you have no clue what you are doing! Not really though. I don't know how to put up pictures. I don't know how to design the back ground aside from the options they already have. I tried to follow a few people but it just didn't work and honestly I'm not even really sure what my blog address is. In other news, I had my mom come stay a few days ago and she took some of our large and dark furniture to her house to store until we move up there. The two rooms that I took furniture out of look much bigger now (which was my goal) but I'm starting to see all sorts of dings and dents and holes in the walls, not to mention the kid grime thats collects right around their hand/eye level. I almost want to re paint everything. I know it sounds crazy and maybe I put a little more stock into what the world of realtors has to say than I should, but I want the house to sell fast and I want to be in Idaho Falls next week when Jeremy starts his n...

Selling the House

UGH! I have been going crazy trying to clean the house and get things ready to show and sell. It is very frustrating. I'm stressing a lot about making it look nice enough and I thought today before our first showing things were looking pretty good. There are a few problem areas like the garage, spare room and a closet or two but in all it looks really good considering we listed the house this wednesday/thursday and we had our first potential buyer come today. I felt like we made it look really great. We stayed up until three (more like all night if you include Oliver's night time teething issues) finishing projects and worked this morning to organize and arrange things just right. So I got home after the appointment (I really have no clue if anybody actually walked through our house) and I find pee and poop in the toilet on the main floor from my little girl and I forgot and left the tv on in the basement. The volume was really loud! I'm thinking for the next showing ...
